Patrick was born in Okinawa, Japan and permanently moved to Hawaii while attending the University of Hawaii where he majored in Real Estate and Business Management. After graduating from the University, he served with the U.S. Air Force as an accounting specialist. His long career in real estate includes being a founding partner of the real estate brokerage firm, ILC International, Inc. which after many successful years, merged to form ILC & Swell Realty LLC where he served as Vice President. His almost 45 years in the industry and being bi-lingual in Japanese and English has resulted in proven and valued relationships with a number of Japanese companies.
