Mark Berkowitz is vice president, Sales, and Development, at JL Capital in Honolulu, Hawaii, and president of Associated Real Estate Advisors LLC (AREA), a licensed real estate brokerage firm.
Mark, who has been leading the sales at Sky Ala Moana since 2018, has extensive experience in residential project sales. He has been involved in over $1 billion in project sales in Honolulu. His previous 13 years in project sales and management at Heyer & Associates involved him in The Vanguard Lofts and Alexander & Baldwin’s two projects – Waihonua at Kewalo and The Collection.
