Emi was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan, but has lived most of her life throughout the U.S.
with careers that reflected her love of sports. Emi is a former NFL NY Jets cheerleader, NBA
Atlanta Hawks dancer, NHL Nashville Predators dancer and NHL Atlanta Thrashers dancer
and was the first Japanese to become a professional USA cheerleader in 3 major sports. Her
cheering career led to being an NFL, NBA and MLB Reporter and TV Coordinator for Japan in
NY, but it has always been a dream to one day live in Hawaii. Hawaii’s wonderful weather
and beautiful beaches has kept her here and she wants to be a part of helping others obtain
their own piece of paradise. Emi is bilingual, speaking both Japanese and English and in her spare time enjoys watching NFL games, going to the gym, boxing and experiencing the many new restaurants Hawaii has to offer.
